Confirmation and / or cancellation:
the deadline for cancellation without penalty is valid, in writing, from 7 to 21 days before date of arrival, otherwise a refund will be applied from 1 to 7 days, which we will directly debit your credit card. The minimum and maximum number of days depends on different seasons. Depending on the composition of households and stays we will suggest the most convenient and satisfactory.
NB. This form does not imply the tacit acceptance by
the hotel.
The Hotel will not consider your communication or any reservation or written communication (by fax or e-mail) or telephone or verbal, unless accompanied by your confirmation on how to send and relevant security to the lounge. Therefore, the rooms will be made available and the booking will be effective only upon receipt of our written confirmation and receipt of deposit.
